What You’ll Do

-   Become a trusted real estate advisor by staying ahead of market trends, top developers, and the latest projects across our portfolio
-   Understand clients’ needs, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend the most suitable properties
-   Build strong relationships with potential buyers and guide them throughout their property-buying journey
-   Conduct property viewings and deliver a premium customer experience
-   Manage and update client interactions through the CRM system to ensure smooth follow-ups and deal progression
-   Coordinate between clients and developers during negotiations and contracting stages
-   Ensure all purchase agreements and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
-   Maintain long-term relationships with clients by continuously sharing market insights and new opportunities

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For

-   Starting 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-   Excellent spoken and written English
-   A target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and exceeding expectations
-   High level of energy, confidence, and professionalism
-   Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
