## Description

-   Supervise all hazardous materials abatement activities (asbestos, lead, mold, etc), ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, IICRC and other regulatory agencies
-   Verify and document compliance with project specifications, work plans, permits and regulatory requirements daily via computer & tech platforms
-   Coordinate with project managers, clients, agency representatives, and others to ensure smooth project execution
-   Train and mentor crew members on hazmat abatement and safe work practices
-   Respond to and manage on-site emergencies or unforeseen hazards effectively
-   Inspect equipment and tools for operational readiness and compliance
-   Travel to project sites throughout Alaska

## Requirements

-   2+ years of relevant hands-on hazardous materials remediation experience – or other related field experience
-   40 Hour Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor certification (preferred)
-   40 Hour Hazwoper, OSHA 30 Hour certifications (preferred)
-   Articulate communicator
-   Self-motivated, ambitious, able to work collaboratively, willing to problem-solve
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel and Word
-   Valid drivers license, clean background check
-   Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
