## Description

We are looking for an SDET to build a full suite of automated tests and automate as much of our regression and QA process as possible. You will work with a team of three software developers and one product manager, and alongside QA on our other scrum teams.

**What you will do:**

·       Build and own a full suite of automated tests in Cypress, starting with regression coverage.

·       Automate as much of the current manual QA and regression process as possible.

·       Use AI tooling to write, maintain, and triage tests faster, and find new places it can speed testing up.

·       Keep the framework and CI test runs fast, stable, and easy for developers to contribute to.

·       Define test coverage with the team's developers and product manager from requirements, before code is written.

·       Run tests, report defects, and work with developers to resolve them.

·       Report on coverage, quality, and stability, and share testing practices with QA on other teams.

## Requirements

·       Intermediate-level experience as an SDET or in a similar test automation role.

·       Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites in Cypress (or Playwright/Selenium with the ability to move to Cypress).

·       Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript; C# an asset.

·       Practical experience using AI tools in a development or testing workflow.

·       Experience with unit and integration test frameworks such as Jest, xUnit, or similar.

·       Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).

·       Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·       Criminal background check required.
