**The Opportunity**

Our Plumbing Division is entering an exciting phase of growth. Three years ago, we launched plumbing. Today, we have a strong foundation, growing market share, and a newly established Sewer & Drain Division. The infrastructure is in place. The culture is thriving. Now we're looking for a proven leader to take our operation to the next level.

As the Director of Plumbing & Drain Operations, you will own the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of Logan's Plumbing Division across service, installation, water quality, water heater sales, and sewer & drain operations. This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth and leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build, scale, and leave a lasting impact.

**What You'll Own**

-   Full P&L responsibility for the Plumbing Division
-   Revenue growth and gross margin performance across all plumbing business units
-   Daily operations of service, installation, and sewer & drain teams across multiple markets
-   Recruitment, development, and retention of plumbing leaders and field employees
-   Customer experience from first call through job completion, including escalations, reviews, and callbacks
-   Development and execution of 1-year and 3-year strategic growth plans
-   Apprenticeship programs, technical training initiatives, and leadership development pipelines
-   Pricing strategy, labor efficiency, membership growth, and lead generation performance
-   Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, Training, and Customer Experience teams

**Qualifications**

**Required**

-   7+ years of progressive plumbing leadership experience
-   Experience leading managers, supervisors, and field teams
-   Proven track record of growing operations and achieving financial targets
-   Strong business and financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
-   Excellent communication and leadership skills
-   Ability to drive accountability while maintaining a positive culture

**Preferred**

-   Multi-location operational leadership experience
-   Sewer & drain industry experience
-   Residential home services background
-   ServiceTitan proficiency
-   Experience developing apprenticeship or technical training programs
