## Description

We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our **Major Appliance Service Company**. This role requires **excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently**.

### **📌 Job Responsibilities:**

✔️ Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries & bookings  
✔️ Schedule and manage appointments using **Walkabout Customer Booking Software** (training provided)  
✔️ Provide top-notch customer support and ensure satisfaction  
✔️ Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed

## Requirements

### **✅ Job Requirements:**

✔️ **Must be based in the Dominican Republic**  
✔️ Excellent phone communication skills  
✔️ Basic computer proficiency  
✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote setting  
✔️ Reliable, organized, and customer-focused

### **📆 Work Schedule:**

🕒 **Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM** (Full-time, WFH setup)
