### Key Responsibilities

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
-   Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Greece.
-   A strong passion for technology and a genuine interest in the telecommunications industry.
-   Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple Danish terms.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
-   Previous experience in customer service or telecommunications is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
