**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Nebraska  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote practice serving clients across Nebraska. The work is a good fit for an LMFT who values consistency, thoughtful client care, and a clear clinical structure. You’ll have regular weekday hours and the opportunity to work with people navigating relationship concerns, family stress, and other challenges that affect everyday life.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment priorities
-   Develop individualized treatment goals based on client needs
-   Address relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional distress, and related mental health concerns
-   Use appropriate therapeutic approaches informed by relational and family systems practice
-   Review client progress and make changes to care when clinically appropriate
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Follow Nebraska licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and telehealth guidelines

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
-   Active LMFT license
-   Experience providing therapy in a remote or outpatient setting is a plus
-   Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
