**Physical Therapist (PT) | PRN | Outpatient | 2117 Rocky Dr, Paris, KY 40361**

At H2 Health – Paris, you’ll work with a diverse outpatient population across orthopedic and sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, work-related injuries, and other mobility and functional needs.

**Your Role:**

-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual interventions, and functional training
-   Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and return to activity
-   Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs
-   Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver coordinated care
-   Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
-   CPR certification, if applicable
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills
-   Commitment to patient-centered care
-   New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
