We’re looking for **Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists** to join an exciting international e-commerce project representing **one of Europe’s leading fashion and technology platforms**.

-   Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via **phone, email and chat**
-   Help with **orders, payments, deliveries and complaints**

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for**

-   Fluent **Norwegian** and good English
-   A customer-focused and positive attitude
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Comfortable working with different digital tools
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus
