## Description

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare export documentation for **ocean, air, and land shipments**.
-   Process and validate **commercial invoices, COOs, Free Sale Certificates**, and other country-specific documents.
-   Communicate with stakeholders such as the sales team, warehouse/loading facilities, freight forwarders, vendors, USDA, State Department, and customers.
-   Ensure **timely and accurate processing** of export shipments.
-   Maintain organized and cataloged export files.
-   Monitor accounts payable/receivable for timely payments.
-   Ensure compliance with **export laws and regulations**.
-   Manage sample procurement, packing, and shipment via UPS/DHL.
-   Prepare export documentation for trade shows and marketing activities.
-   Support the international sales team on assigned tasks

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in logistics, international studies, business, or a related field (preferred).
-   **Experience:** 2–3 years in relevant work experience.
-   **Skills:**

-   Strong computer skills, including **Microsoft Excel** and **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)**.

-   Detail-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and retain information.

-   Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.

-   **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move, and pack boxes; walk to and interact with the warehouse regularly
