## Description

-   Identify, approach and develop new merchant and business partnership opportunities to support credit card customer acquisition and card usage growth
-   Build and maintain good working relationships with merchants, external partners and internal stakeholders to drive business results
-   Support the execution of partnership campaigns, customer acquisition activities and card usage / activation initiatives
-   Coordinate with internal teams on campaign setup, onboarding flow, operational arrangement and post-launch follow-up
-   Conduct market research and collect competitor / industry intelligence to identify new business opportunities and recommend improvement ideas
-   Track partnership and acquisition performance, prepare regular management reports, and provide data insights to support business planning
-   Review customer journey and onboarding process, and recommend practical enhancements to improve conversion and user experience
-   Support ad hoc business projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

## Requirements

-   Diploma holder or above, or equivalent qualification
-   Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, merchant acquisition, partnership development, sales or related fields
-   Exposure to credit card, unsecured lending, payment, merchant partnership or customer acquisition business is preferred
-   Self-motivated with strong business sense and good interpersonal skills
-   Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and follow through on execution
-   Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
-   Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
-   Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-   Candidates with immediate availability will be an advantage
-   Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
