All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our established clinic team. This role is ideal for pediatric therapists who value consistency, autonomy, and meaningful work within a supportive, therapist-led practice.

Your Work Inside Our Clinic

Our clinic model is built for therapists who want structure without micromanagement and personalized support. 

In this role, you will:

-   Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments
-   Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
-   Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in a consistent clinic setting
-   Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully
-   Maintain timely, organized documentation
-   Collaborate with speech therapists and clinic leadership
-   Partner closely with caregivers to support carryover at home

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
-   Minimum of one (1) year of pediatrics experience.
-   Strong understanding of pediatric development and play-based therapeutic approaches.
-   Ability to work independently within a structured clinic setting while collaborating as part of a team.
-   Clear, professional communication with families and colleagues.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   One (1) or more years of experience in outpatient pediatric, clinic-based, early intervention, or school-based settings.
-   Experience working with sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays.
-   Comfort with electronic documentation and clinic workflows.
