Global Pacific Support is looking for experienced **Insurance Agents** who are highly proficient in the **Ezlynx system** to join and help build our pioneering team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on a key role in establishing a strong foundation for our insurance operations. Has strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an **Insurance Agent**, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations.
-   **Extensive hands-on expertise** with the **EZLynx insurance management platform** — including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools.
-   Ability to **train and demonstrate EZLynx features** clearly and effectively to management and team members.
-   Strong understanding of **insurance workflows**, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
-   Excellent **communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to simplify complex system processes.
-   Highly **organized**, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup.
-   Must be **self-motivated** and able to work with minimal supervision.
-   Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
