## Description

**Client: FL Government Agency**

**Position: Junior Business & Data Analyst (Modernization)**

**Term: June 2026 - July 2027 with renewal**

**Pay: $30/Hr - $33/Hr**

**Location: On Site - Tallahassee, FL - MUST already live in the area no relocation**

**Work Authorization: USC or GC ONLY no other visas considered**

**Education:** Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (or Technical Institute Certificate) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

**Experience:**

-   1–3 years of IT experience in computer systems, support, or data/business analysis.
-   Data Proficiency: Proven ability to extract, clean, transform, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and ensure data quality.
-   Tools of the Trade: Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI or similar), Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio.
-   Database Foundations: Basic understanding of relational databases and the ability to write simple SQL queries.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Business Analysis & Modernization: Gather and document business requirements, model workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and system enhancements.
-   Data Analysis & Visualization: Query, cleanse, and integrate multi-source datasets to design, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) that drive strategic decision-making.
-   Application & Content Support: Assist in developing and maintaining web-based components, forms, and interfaces, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and automated content publishing.
-   Project & Systems Support: Assist with QA testing, risk documentation, and basic software troubleshooting; maintain accurate project logs and technical documentation.
-   Continuous Learning: Quickly adapt to and utilize enterprise platforms (such as Informatica, SQL Server, and Snowflake) to support evolving operational needs.
