## Description

Apex Mechanical, a division of Farbman Group, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Plumber to join our growing mechanical services team. We work on commercial and light-industrial properties including office, retail, and multi-family assets — new installation, tenant improvement, and service/repair work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who wants steady, high-quality commercial work and a real career path.

**What You'll Do**

•     Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and gas piping

•     Read and work from blueprints and mechanical drawings on new construction and tenant improvement projects

•     Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues on service calls across a portfolio of commercial properties

•     Install and service commercial fixtures, backflow devices, water heaters, and pumps

•     Ensure all work meets local code requirements and passes inspection

•     Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and property management teams on job sites

•     Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

## Requirements

•     Journeyman or Master Plumber license (Michigan license required)

•     5+ years of commercial plumbing experience; new construction and TI experience strongly preferred

•     Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and commercial-grade materials and systems

•     Ability to read blueprints and mechanical/plumbing drawings

•     Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

•     Strong work ethic, professionalism, and pride in high-quality craftsmanship
