**Do you speak Dutch at C2 level and enjoy helping customers?**

**Local hire only — you must already live in Athens.**

Join an international team as a **Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor in Athens** and support customers with payment terminals, transactions and everyday payment enquiries.

**1,450–1,595 gross/month + 2 extra salaries | Hybrid | Monday–Friday | Weekends off**

Use your communication and problem-solving skills in an international **payment services project**, with fully paid training at the beginning of employment.

### Location & Schedule

-   **Location: Athens – Neos Kosmos, Greece**
-   **Work model: Hybrid** (office + home office)
-   **Possible starts: 2.11 or 7.12**
-   Your schedule: **Monday–Friday, within 09:00–18:30 — 40 hours/week, weekends off**

### About the Project

Support customers using **payment terminals and merchant acquiring services** with their transaction and payment enquiries.

You will also help with **onboarding new customers** and keep their information up to date.

### What You Will Do

-   **Support Dutch-speaking customers** with payment terminal and payment-related enquiries
-   **Handle transaction questions**, including refunds, manual charges and locating payments
-   **Help onboard new customers**
-   **Update merchant information** in the database
-   Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to clarify financial enquiries and provide clear support

### Salary & Remuneration

-   **Base salary: 1,450 gross/month, paid 14 times per year** (including 2 additional base-salary payments)
-   **Monthly performance bonus: up to 145 gross/month** (10% of base salary)
-   **Up Hellas meal card:** 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approx. 120 net/month) after one year

**Average monthly gross package: 1,450–1,595 + 2 additional base-salary payments per year (2,900 gross total) + Up Hellas meal card (approx. 60 net/month).**

### What We Are Looking For

-   **Dutch at C2 level**
-   **English at C1 level**
-   **Strong PC and MS Office skills**, with confidence using multiple systems
-   **Analytical and problem-solving skills**, with confidence working with numbers and data
-   Clear written and verbal communication, teamwork and the ability to multitask and work towards targets
-   **You already live in Athens and are ready to work in a hybrid model with office days in Athens – Neos Kosmos**
-   **EU citizenship or a valid residence and work permit in Greece**

**This role is open to candidates already living in Athens.**

Relocation support is not available for this position.
