## Description

**About the Company**

We are supporting the recruitment for a 25-year-old, US-headquartered IT consulting and digital transformation firm working with enterprise clients on technology implementation and business process improvement. They are now extending to Sydney as part of their Asia-Pacific expansion.

**About the Role**

You'll work directly with a major enterprise client's leadership team in Sydney, translating technology initiatives into business outcomes. You'll manage client relationships, advise on strategy, and work collaboratively with consulting teams across our distributed offices.

**What You'll Do**

-   Understand the client's business processes and challenges; advise on technology solutions
-   Convert technical outputs (Power BI dashboards, AI insights, automation) into clear business recommendations for executives
-   Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the client organization
-   Support the delivery of client projects in collaboration with teams in Bogotá and Seattle
-   Identify potential new business opportunities within the client account

**The Reality**

-   You'll report to managers in Bogotá and Seattle—you have autonomy in managing the client relationship day-to-day
-   This is a 1-year contract (renewable, though no guarantee)
-   The client has a strong track record of renewing engagements, which is a positive signal for ongoing work
-   You may identify new business opportunities, though there's no guarantee on additional revenue
-   Hybrid: 1–2 days per week at the client office in Sydney; rest remote

## Requirements

**About You**

You have 5–7 years of experience in consulting, business advisory, digital transformation, or similar client-facing roles. You're comfortable presenting to senior executives, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and translating technical capabilities into business value.

**What You'll Need**

-   Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, and modern AI tools (not expert-level; you need to understand them and know when to recommend them)
-   Ability to work effectively across time zones
-   Comfortable in a hybrid working environment

## Benefits

**The Package**

-   **Salary:** AUD $115K–$150K base (depending on experience)
-   **Contract:** 1 year, renewable
-   **Start date:** 1 July 2026
-   **Bonus/Incentive:** Performance-based opportunity on new business, but this shouldn't be counted as guaranteed income
