## Description

At UniSystems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **Infrastructure Engineer** to join our UniQue team.

**What will you be doing in this role:**

-   Contribute to the development of infrastructure architectures.
-   Identify and evaluate alternative architectures and the trade offs in cost, performance and scalability.
-   Document architecturally significant decisions.
-   Produce specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.
-   Support projects or change initiatives through the preparation of technical plans and application of design principles.
-   Align solutions with enterprise and solution architecture standards (including security).
-   Follow agreed standards and applies appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements.
-   Review requirements for errors and omissions.
-   Provide input to the requirements base-line.
-   Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with agreed architectures, standards, methods and tools and addresses security and privacy requirements.

## Requirements

**What do you need to succeed in this position?**

-   A Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
-   Excellent knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment models.
-   Extensive experience in networking, secure connectivity, and infrastructure constraints.
-   Vert good knowledge of DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, and infrastructure automation.
-   Experience in site and deployment engineering, and lab and simulation environment support.
-   Experience with tool administration and engineering support for MBSE and related engineering environments.
-   An active NATO Security Clearance is required.
-   Very good command of spoken and written English (B2).
