## Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building full-stack applications and leveraging AI code generation tools to accelerate development workflows and improve engineering efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React
-   Build and optimise RESTful APIs and microservices
-   Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React
-   Integrate and effectively utilise AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
-   Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance coding productivity
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features
-   Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

### Required Qualifications

-   3+ years of experience in full-stack development
-   Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)
-   Experience with TypeScript
-   Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools and prompt engineering
-   Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
-   Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
-   Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
