## Description

**For one of Europe's leading hotel operators:**

-   Lead the successful pre-opening of three hotel properties in Athens, including team setup, operational readiness and brand implementation.
-   Build, recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams across all hotels.
-   Oversee the daily operations of all properties, ensuring excellent guest experience and full compliance with brand standards.
-   Manage hotel budgets, financial performance and commercial objectives, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
-   Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.
-   Collaborate closely with international support functions and local business partners across HR, Finance, Legal and Operations.
-   Ensure exceptional employee engagement while fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
-   Report directly to the Operations Director and contribute to the strategic growth of the business in Greece.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, ideally as a General Manager or Cluster General Manager.
-   Previous experience leading hotel pre-opening projects is essential.
-   Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets and operational performance.
-   Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing successful teams.
-   Excellent understanding of hotel operations, guest experience and service excellence.
-   Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.
-   Passion for Food & Beverage operations and lifestyle hospitality concepts.
-   Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory; French is considered a strong asset.
