## Description

We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time **Compliance and AML Officer** - CySec in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

**Reporting to:** Head of CySec Compliance

### Responsibilities:

\- Day-to-day assistance for the Compliance Officers across relevant jurisdictions

\- Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements, license conditions, and reporting obligations

\- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulations

\- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business; advise senior management on required actions

\- Oversee AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions, and risk management frameworks in accordance with regulatory standards

\- Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions

\- Support license applications, renewals, variations, and regulatory filings

\- Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams

\- Liaise with legal, operations, and senior management to ensure compliance is embedded across the organization

### Candidate Profile:

\- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced or professional compliance qualifications are an advantage)

\- Minimum of 1 year experience in a compliance role with demonstrated CySec licensing exposure

\- Strong knowledge of offshore regulatory regimes and compliance expectations

\- Hands-on experience with AML/CFT regulations, KYC procedures, and regulatory reporting

\- Proven experience interacting with offshore regulators and managing regulatory correspondence

\- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

\- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

\- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
