## Description

Home Health Recruiter

_**(Onsite/Full-Time Position with Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Structure)**_

**Position Responsibilities:**

-   _**Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs**_
-   Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
-   Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
-   Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
-   _**NOT remote. In office required**_

## Requirements

-   _**Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting**_
-   _**Caregiver recruiting required**_
-   Home Care/Home Health recruiting highly preferred
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills
-   Social Media Recruitment experience
-   Experience attending events
