Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2025 is looking for a talented **Guest Relation Agent - Beach** to join our team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally. He/She works closely with our guests while they are on property to discover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating tailored recommendations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Guest Engagement:** Provide a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to enhance their overall experience.

**Communication:** Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any concerns or special requests.

**Issue Resolution:** Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Coordination:** Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
