Our Talent team works in a pod-based structure, partnering closely with Recruiters and Talent Partners to deliver vetted, high-impact candidates across multiple roles and clients. We’re now looking for a **Junior Talent Sourcer** to strengthen our sourcing engine and scale our hiring efforts.

**Job Brief**

We’re seeking a highly motivated **Junior Talent Sourcer** to join our Talent team and own the top-of-funnel for multiple open roles across our client base.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and lightly screening candidates for 10–15 roles at a time across regions. You’ll work closely with Recruiters to ensure a steady flow of interested, qualified candidates within the first 3–5 days of launching a new role.

**Responsibilities**

-   Proactively source candidates across platforms like **LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and niche job boards**
-   Build and manage talent pipelines for multiple open roles at the same time
-   Craft and send personalized outreach messages and email sequences to passive candidates
-   Perform **quick, light screening** to assess interest, availability, and basic fit
-   Partner with Recruiters to clarify role requirements and priorities
-   Build Boolean strings and sourcing strategies from scratch for each role
-   Track and optimize sourcing performance (e.g., response rates, interested leads)
-   Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal ATS
-   Re-engage past applicants and silver-medalist candidates for new opportunities
-   Support referral initiatives and talent community building
-   Contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes, tooling, and automation workflows
-   Represent Arc and our clients professionally in all candidate communication

## Requirements

-   0–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or a similar role

-   Interest in tech recruiting (prior tech experience is a plus, not a must)
-   Hands-on or practical exposure to sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, outreach)
-   Strong written and spoken English communication skills
-   Comfortable working across multiple roles and priorities at the same time
-   Highly organized with strong time-management skills
-   Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
-   Data-driven mindset with interest in improving response rates and candidate quality
-   Comfortable using automation tools and internal systems

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience sourcing for remote or international roles
-   Familiarity with GitHub sourcing or tech profiles
-   Experience with email automation tools
-   Startup or SaaS environment exposure
