## Description

### About Dyad

Dyad's mission is to improve the delivery and efficiency of healthcare.

We are building a platform to model and manage the flow of information within healthcare organisations, improving outcomes for patients, payers, and healthcare providers. We believe data handling in current healthcare systems is needlessly complex and disconnected, leading to isolated and inefficient decision making. To showcase how this technology can advance the delivery of healthcare and improve lives, we build and deploy products for healthcare providers and payers into the UK and US markets.

Dyad is an energetic, early-stage scale-up, currently around 45 employees. Our team is growing as we explore new markets and opportunities. We are passionate about technology and its applications in worthwhile ventures. New joiners will have a significant impact on the direction of the company, as well as our culture.

### Our products

Dyad's Platform: Dyad's products are founded upon our Semantic AI platform, which enables payers and providers to access cutting-edge AI capabilities for their own use cases and applications. Our partners either use the platform APIs directly or work with us to develop applications for their use cases. For more information, please see our Platform page.

Primary care operations: Dyad develops a suite of products for healthcare operations, including:

- [BetterLetter](https://betterletter.ai/), our AI tool helping practices decrease their admin burden in processing clinical letters. We use this to reduce staff time spent identifying codes to be applied to the record as well as suggesting follow-up tasks and workflow optimisations. BetterLetter helps providers save time, save cost, improve performance under audit and build staffing resilience.

### The role

As an Account Executive at Dyad you will play a central role in bringing BetterLetter (our AI-powered clinical coding and workflow platform) to GP practices and primary care networks across the UK. This is a relationship-first role: you'll work closely with practice managers and clinical leads to understand the pressures they're under, and show them how BetterLetter can meaningfully reduce administrative burden, improve data quality, and free up time for patient care. You'll be joining at an early stage, which means you'll have real influence over how we show up in the market: from how we run events to how we talk about the product.

### Core responsibilities

- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage GP practices and PCNs through targeted outreach, inbound follow-up, and sector networking to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demos of our BetterLetter, clearly articulating benefits and differentiators, both remotely and at our tradeshows and events across the UK.
- Tradeshows: You’ll be comfortable driving to tradeshows, setting up and executing the events to generate leads and build the company brand.
- Sales Cycle Management: Take opportunities from first contact through to close, keeping things moving without losing the relationship.
- CRM Management: Keep disciplined records, pipeline stages, and customer notes accurate and up to date.
- Customer Education: Help prospective clients understand the value of our solution in increasing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in clinical letter processing.
- Market Intelligence: Feed what you hear (objections, workflow pain points, competitor mentions) back to the product and marketing teams.

- Self-starter mentality and able to manage your own time and pipeline without close supervision
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel to events and customer sites across the UK, including transporting and setting up tradeshow materials
