## Description

Rgheeb is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed schedules, allocate resources, and manage stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. ### Responsibilities

-   Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
-   Develop detailed project plans, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
-   Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing key performance indicators to ensure successful outcomes.
-   Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
-   Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
-   Coordinate with various departments, ensuring a collaborative approach to project execution.
-   Facilitate meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project documentation.
-   Prepare and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
-   Evaluate project outcomes and learn from successes and challenges to enhance future projects.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
-   Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
-   Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
-   Proficient in project management software and tools.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
-   Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
