## Description

**Position:** Senior Product/Marketing Analyst  
**Job Type:** Full-Time - 100% Remote  
**Working hours:**  8 am - 5 pm EST, Flexible  

**ABOUT THE ROLE**  
We are seeking a Senior Product/Marketing Analyst. This role is crucial for driving data-informed decisions across our product and marketing efforts for our brands. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller with a strong understanding of product and marketing analytics, and business acumen, coupled with expertise in a modern data science tech stack.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Analyze product usage, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
-    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
-   Collaborate with product managers and marketers to define metrics, design experiments, and interpret results.
-   Build and deploy data pipelines and models to automate reporting and analysis processes.
-    Proactively identify and investigate data anomalies and discrepancies.
-    Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
-   Contribute to the development and improvement of our data infrastructure and analytical tools together with the FTE product analytics team.  
    

**QUALIFICATIONS**

-   Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
-   At least 5 YOE but preferably 7+ of experience in product and/or marketing analytics.
-   Strong understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis).
-   Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience in e-commerce businesses.  
    

**Experience with the following technologies:**

-   Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions
-   Infrastructure: AWS (S3, ECR, EKS)
-   Data Science: Databricks, MLflow
-   Development: Python, Anaconda, Poetry/Pipenv (or piplock)
-   Reporting & Visualization: Tableau, Streamlit
-   Workflow Orchestration: GitHub Actions, Prefect (or Airflow)  
    

**PREFERRED**

-   Master’s degree in a related field.
-   Experience with subscription-based business models.
-   Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., SpiceRack) and hyperparameter optimization (e.g., Ax, Optuna).
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
