As a **UX Business Analyst**, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital solutions that are intuitive, accessible and aligned to real user needs. You’ll combine strong business analysis capabilities with human-centred design, user research and usability practices to support successful digital delivery.

## Requirements

### What You’ll Do

-   Lead user-centred research, business analysis and design activities.
-   Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews and focus groups.
-   Translate user and business needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
-   Create personas, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to bring requirements to life.
-   Conduct usability testing, reviews and UAT to validate and refine solutions.
-   Collaborate closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders and change teams.
-   Support solution validation, configuration reviews and change impact assessments.
-   Produce clear, high-quality documentation and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

### What You’ll Bring

-   Proven experience as a **UX Business Analyst** or in a similar human-centred digital role.
-   Strong expertise in **user research, design thinking, interaction design and usability testing**.
-   Experience designing user experiences across digital products and platforms.
-   Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
-   Experience working across multidisciplinary business, technology and change teams.
-   Proficiency with **Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio and Figma** or similar tools.
-   Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
-   A strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles.
-   A collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused approach.
