### Family Medicine Physician

**Hospital-Employed | 100% Outpatient**  
**Dillon, South Carolina**

We are seeking a **Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician** to join a hospital-employed primary care practice in **Dillon, South Carolina**. This position is **100% outpatient** with a **Monday–Friday schedule** and **rotating phone call only (1:10)**, supporting an excellent work–life balance.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
-   Perform routine wellness visits, screenings, and preventive care
-   Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
-   Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   MD or DO
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
-   Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
-   Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skills
