## Description

Job Description:

-   Tender process for several core pillars in GMO (General Management Office) Function including Mining Operations
-   Contract management including negotiation, awarding, contract drafting and approval for 5 Core Pilar.
-   To support and handle Tender & Contractor Management (contract process, performance evaluation, claim, contractual issues, etc.)
-   Commercial evaluation for mining services
-   To manage the contractors (claim, resolving issue) as well as to manage the contract process (provide new contract and/or contract amendment)

## Requirements

Job Requirements:

-   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mining, Engineering, Statistics and etc).
-   Project Management
-   Experience in managing a team
-   Contract Compliance and management (draft-approval)
-   Minimum 6 years of working experience in handling tender process and contract management
