## Description

### Job Purpose

To perform daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently, provide good customer service, and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

### Duties & Responsibilities

-   Handle daily cash deposits and withdrawals accurately.
-   Process customer transactions through the banking system.
-   Check customer documents and transaction details before processing.
-   Maintain the assigned cash balance within approved limits.
-   Balance and reconcile cash at the end of the day.
-   Report any cash differences or unusual transactions to the direct manager.
-   Provide customers with professional and efficient service.
-   Follow the Bank’s policies, procedures, and internal controls.
-   Comply with AML/KYC requirements and Central Bank of Iraq instructions.
-   Maintain confidentiality of customer and Bank information.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
