**Position Overview**

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled and certified CT Technologist to join a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This role offers a competitive hourly wage.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Operate CT scanning equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
-   Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
-   Position patients correctly and administer contrast media as required by the scan protocol.
-   Monitor patients during procedures and maintain strict radiation safety standards.
-   Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure image quality meets diagnostic needs.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs within the EMR system.
-   Perform routine quality control checks on equipment.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.
-   **Licensure/Certification:** Valid certification as a CT Technologist (e.g., ARRT(R)(CT)).
-   **Experience:** Previous experience in diagnostic radiology or nuclear medicine is preferred. Knowledge of urgent care protocols is a plus.
-   **Technical Skills:** Excellent technical skills in operating CT equipment, producing high-quality diagnostic images, and proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
-   **Soft Skills:** Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.
