### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to Romanian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
-   Troubleshoot player issues efficiently and resolve queries to maximize player satisfaction.
-   Collect and analyze player feedback to enhance our gaming services and products.
-   Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
-   Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve problem-solving.
-   Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in player support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Romanian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
-   Experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage players effectively.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing player issues.
-   A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
