**👀 The Role**

**Title:** Senior Product Manager – Casino

**Team:** Product

**Location:** Remote, UK.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of one of Midnite’s fastest-growing and most important verticals.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on building the next generation of casino entertainment. You’ll own the Casino product vision and roadmap, shaping experiences across gameplay discovery, engagement systems, gamification, retention, live experiences, and player lifecycle mechanics.

We’re not interested in building another traditional online casino experience. We want to redefine what a modern casino product can feel like for a new generation of players - more immersive, entertaining, social, and intuitive.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, CRM, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver experiences that drive meaningful player value and commercial growth.

**You will:**

-   Own and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for Midnite Casino.
-   Lead the development of innovative casino experiences that improve engagement, retention, and player satisfaction.
-   Explore and launch new mechanics across gamification, progression systems, live experiences, personalisation, social features, and player rewards.
-   Drive experimentation and optimisation across the full player lifecycle using data and customer insight.
-   Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences across all channels.
-   Collaborate with CRM, Data, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and optimise player value.
-   Define KPIs, evaluate feature performance, and use insights to inform roadmap prioritisation.
-   Lead discovery initiatives, user research, and rapid validation of new product concepts and features.
-   Manage relationships with external game providers and platform partners to deliver seamless and engaging content experiences.
-   Work closely with senior leadership to shape Midnite’s broader Casino strategy and market positioning.

## Requirements

**The next Midniter:**

-   Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within casino, gaming, betting, social casino, or entertainment-led consumer products.
-   Strong understanding of player engagement, retention mechanics, gamification systems, and live operations.
-   Track record of owning product strategy and delivering impactful features from concept through launch and iteration.
-   Strong analytical and commercial mindset, comfortable using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
-   Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, CRM, Data, and Commercial stakeholders.
-   Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with high ownership and autonomy.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Passion for building exceptional user experiences and challenging traditional industry thinking.
