### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide professional end-user support for laptops, smartphones, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printing, connectivity, videoconferencing, and account-related issues
-   Provision, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, telephony services, and standard productivity tools
-   Troubleshoot incidents in a structured manner, follow up on open tickets, and escalate issues when necessary
-   Support the procurement of hardware and software, and coordinate the follow-up of IT employee-related services (e.g., mobile telephony)

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
-   Minimum of 1 year of experience in an enterprise IT environment
-   Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting within an Active Directory and Microsoft 365 enviroment
-   Basic understanding of networking concepts
-   Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
-   Strong communication skills, and ability to provide professional end-user support
-   Customer-oriented mindset with ownership and strong follow-through to resolution
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
-   Availability for occasional domestic travel
