Job responsibilities:  
\- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes.  
\- Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.  
\- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.  
\- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents and reports.  
\- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.  
\- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.  
\- Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
\- Strong organizational and communication skills.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
\- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  
\- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
\- Prior internship experience in HR is a plus.
