## Description

**HVAC Installer (Lead Mechanic)**

**Buric Heating & Air Conditioning** is looking for an experienced **HVAC Installer (Level 3/Lead Mechanic)** to join our growing team. Since 2000, we've built our reputation on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and treating our employees like family.

**What You'll Do**

-   Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects
-   Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and controls
-   Train and mentor junior installers
-   Perform system startups, testing, and troubleshooting
-   Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
-   Communicate professionally with customers and team members

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

-   3+ years of HVAC installation experience
-   Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
-   Experience with Mitsubishi and American Standard equipment preferred
-   EPA certification and refrigerant recovery knowledge
-   Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
-   Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-   Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
