**We are currently seeking On Call Hospice Nurses!**

**\*\* Enjoy a balanced 7 days on - 7 days off schedule!**

Are you a dedicated nurse with a passion for providing compassionate care? AdvisaCare is looking for qualified **On Call Hospice Nurses** to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our **Hospice Team**, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to those in need.

**Your responsibilities will include:** Triage patient calls, conduct patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and manage admissions as required.

## Requirements

-   Current state RN License in good standing
-   Previous experience in hospice care is preferred but not mandatory
-   Strong empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families
-   Willingness to participate in field visits and attend weekly meetings
-   Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and conditions while on call
