## Description

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a creative, passionate, and results-driven **Social Media Executive** to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the **Food & Beverage industry** and be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing all social media platforms, and strengthening our brand presence through high-quality visuals and compelling storytelling. **only Prefer Immediate Joiner**

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
-   Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
-   Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, events, and promotional campaigns.
-   Edit videos and photos for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
-   Design creative graphics, promotional materials, menus, banners, and digital assets using industry-standard design software.
-   Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
-   Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional copy that reflects the brand voice.
-   Monitor social media trends and create innovative content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
-   Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.
-   Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to promote new menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
-   Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-   Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media tools, and content creation techniques.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of experience** managing social media for a **Food & Beverage** brand.
-   Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for food presentation and storytelling.
-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar design and video editing software.
-   Experience creating engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat.
-   Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills.
-   Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.
-   Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
-   Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

### Preferred Skills

-   Food styling and product photography experience.
-   Motion graphics and animation skills.
-   Experience managing influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
-   Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
