## Description

Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

**Job Summary:**

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead account-based marketing and integrated campaigns across Thailand and Indonesia. You’ll partner with sales and regional teams to engage strategic accounts, drive demand and pipeline, and shape impactful AI and regional initiatives.

**Role:**

- Lead the strategy and execution of account-based marketing programmes across Thailand and Indonesia, spanning digital campaigns, workshops, executive engagements, partner activations and targeted events.
- Partner with sales, marketing and regional leadership to translate account and industry insights into integrated campaigns that build engagement, demand and pipeline.
- Bring global campaigns to life locally by adapting paid media, content and campaign assets for the local market.
- Build and manage content partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with external partners to support priority accounts and in-market opportunities.
- Own programmes end to end, from planning and briefing through to delivery, post-campaign analysis and ROI reporting, managing timelines, agencies, vendors and stakeholders throughout.
- Use data from tools such as Salesforce and Marketo to analyse account engagement, identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with Brand, Social, PR, Customer References and Government Relations teams to bring local stories, customer proof points and executive voices to the forefront.
- Develop relevant messaging, content and talk tracks for target audiences and buying groups, grounded in industry trends and account insights.
- Lead Thai localisation across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring content is natural, accurate and culturally relevant.
- Track and report programme performance across engagement, meetings, opportunities and pipeline, translating results into clear recommendations and next steps.
- Support wider SEA initiatives, including AI-focused campaigns and regional flagship moments, jumping in where needed to make big programmes happen.
- Bring structure and ownership to a fast-moving environment, anticipating gaps, solving problems and keeping programmes on track as priorities shift.

**You:**

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing, demand generation or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of leading ABM programmes for enterprise technology audiences and strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology buying journey, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business and pipeline outcomes.
- Experience working across Thailand and/or Indonesia, with broader SEA market knowledge highly valued.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering multiple concurrent programmes to tight timelines.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using CRM, marketing automation and campaign reporting tools to measure performance and derive insights.
- Comfortable communicating complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience with ICP development, buying groups, account planning, executive programmes and partner co-marketing is a strong plus.
- A curious, self-starting and solutions-oriented approach, with the confidence to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous situations.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with strong Thai language proficiency and the ability to manage and support localisation for the Thailand market.
