## Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Operations Superintendent** to lead, coordinate load out operations, asset readiness, maintenance scheduling, and facilities management.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient load out execution, safe and compliant operations, optimal equipment utilisation, and effective supervision of personnel. You will play a critical role in supporting project delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Asset Readiness & Reliability –** Ensure all equipment is inspected, certified, maintained, and deployment-ready in accordance with company and client requirements.

-    **Load Out Planning & Execution –** develop and oversee comprehensive mobilisation and demobilisation to meet project timelines and operational requirements.

-   **Operational Coordination –** Act as the central coordination point between Operations, Projects, Logistics, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to support efficient execution.

-   **Inventory & Back Loading Operations -** Manage inventory movement, consumables, and returning equipment to maintain stock accuracy and readiness.

-   **Cost Management & Continuous Improvement -** Monitor and optimise load out operational costs. Identify and resolve operational challenges.

-   **Maintenance Coordination & Scheduling -** Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to support asset availability and reliability 

-   **Staff Supervision & Team Leadership -** Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to operational personnel while promoting a collaborative, safety-first culture.

-   **Safety & Compliance Management –** Ensure all operational activities meet company HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and certification obligations.

-   **Facilities Management (Gladstone Region) -** Oversee daily management of workshops, yards, and offices. Conduct facility inspections/repairs to identify risks and maintenance requirements.
