**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a hands-on Hybrid Recruiter who understands the trades and knows how to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent in a competitive market. This is not a passive HR role. Recruiting at NH Ross is a core growth function and directly impacts our success. Remote option.

**Duties**

-   You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for both field, management and office roles, including:
-   Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Technicians

**Responsibilities include:**

-   Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
-   Building steady pipelines for technicians and office staff
-   Sourcing through job boards, referrals, trade schools, networking, and outreach
-   Screening and interviewing candidates for skill, attitude, and culture fit
-   Partnering with leadership to forecast hiring needs and avoid open-seat gaps
-   Managing offers and pre-employment steps
-   Tracking recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and retention
-   Launching and managing an employee referral program
-   Creating a strong candidate experience from first contact through the first 90 days
-   CSRs, Dispatchers, Inside Sales, Parts/Warehouse
-   Supervisory and leadership roles as needed

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For

-   4–5+ years of recruiting experience
-   Proven success recruiting skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services required)
-   Comfortable speaking with technicians and operations staff — no corporate scripts
-   Organized, proactive, and able to move fast
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills
