## Description

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Airline Booking Company based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide assistance to Polish-speaking customers, helping them with airline bookings, itinerary changes, and travel-related questions.

Your fluency in Polish will be essential for communicating effectively with clients, ensuring their flight reservations are handled smoothly and any issues are resolved promptly. You will play a vital role in contributing to a seamless travel experience for our customers.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service in Polish regarding airline bookings and travel inquiries
-   Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
-   Resolve booking issues, delays, and complaints professionally and efficiently
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
-   Gather and report customer feedback to improve service quality
-   Stay informed about airline policies, schedules, and travel guidelines

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish and English with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
-   Previous experience in customer service, especially in the airline, travel, or booking industries, is preferred
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
-   Passion for travel and helping customers navigate booking processes
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
