## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Hungarian Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team supporting Riot Games from Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a unique opportunity for Hungarian speakers passionate about gaming to work in an international environment, providing excellent player support and ensuring a smooth gaming experience for the community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality email support to Hungarian-speaking players regarding Riot Games accounts and related inquiries.
-   Assist players with account management, technical issues, and gameplay questions efficiently and professionally.
-   Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex player issues.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions to improve support processes.
-   Stay informed about game updates, features, and community trends to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
-   Ensure all player communications reflect empathy, professionalism, and a player-first mindset.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent proficiency in Hungarian (written and spoken) and strong English skills are required.
-   Experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry.
-   A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games titles is highly beneficial.
-   Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and helpful responses.
-   Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage multiple player inquiries simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency.
-   Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria, with potential support for relocation.
