## Description

**Availability:** Must be amenable to start ASAP

**Responsibilities:**

-   Inspire and guide the Workforce Management Team to deliver exceptional scheduling, accurate forecasting, and maximize agent productivity.
-   Partner closely with operations and HR to anticipate staffing demands and effectively tackle workforce challenges.
-   Leverage workforce data analysis, produce insightful reports, and deploy innovative WFM tools to drive smart decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

**Requirements:**

-   At least 12 months of experience in supervising a workforce management team in a BPO company, demonstrating expertise in leading teams with confidence and inspiring success.
-   With at least a college level education
-   Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
-   Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes
-   Willingness and ability to work onsite in Makati with flexible working hours
-   Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
