This role is ideal for individuals fluent in German who are looking to develop their career in customer service within a supportive and dynamic environment.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support efficiently and professionally.
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM database.
-   Stay knowledgeable about company products and services to provide accurate information.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
-   Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
