## Description

**Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)**

**Location:** North Carolina  
**Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday  
**Setting:** Telehealth / Remote

This North Carolina remote counseling therapist role is designed for licensed clinicians who want to provide accessible mental health care through a professional telehealth setting. You will support clients through secure online sessions while maintaining high standards of clinical care and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual counseling services to clients located in North Carolina
-   Create individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
-   Support clients with emotional, relational, and behavioral health concerns
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and progress documentation
-   Deliver ethical, confidential, and client-centered care

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active North Carolina license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
-   Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to manage remote clinical responsibilities independently
