## Description

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Specialist / Consultant Pediatric Dentist** to join its growing dental department.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in pediatric dentistry and experience providing comprehensive oral healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents. Candidates with **UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** credentials are encouraged to apply.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive pediatric dental assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
-   Manage preventive, restorative, and comprehensive dental care for children and adolescents.
-   Perform pediatric dental procedures according to clinical requirements.
-   Manage dental trauma, oral health conditions, and developmental abnormalities.
-   Provide appropriate treatment for children with special healthcare needs.
-   Educate children and parents on preventive oral healthcare and dental hygiene.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's age and clinical needs.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
-   Collaborate with other dental and medical specialists when required.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and clinical quality.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD) or equivalent.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Pediatric Dentistry**.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** qualifications are encouraged to apply.
-   Strong experience in pediatric dental procedures and comprehensive child dental care.
-   Experience working with children and adolescents in a hospital, specialist dental center, or private healthcare setting.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
