### About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Tester** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating products, systems, or software to ensure they meet quality standards, function as intended, and provide a positive user experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and enjoys identifying and resolving issues before they reach customers.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform testing activities according to established procedures and requirements.
-   Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and inconsistencies.
-   Execute test cases and validate product functionality, performance, and usability.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
-   Verify fixes and perform regression testing as needed.
-   Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.
-   Communicate findings clearly and provide recommendations for improvement.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and testing processes.

### Qualifications

-   High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
-   Previous testing, quality assurance, inspection, or related experience preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to follow procedures and document findings accurately.
-   Proficient with computers and common business software.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

### Preferred Skills

-   Experience using testing tools, defect tracking systems, or quality management software.
-   Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
-   Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
