### About the Role

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a skilled and passionate **Food & Beverage Maker & Trainer** to join our growing team. If you have extensive experience in the coffee and F&B industry and enjoy sharing your expertise through training and development, we would love to hear from you.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and develop high-quality coffee and beverage products.
-   Train staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service standards.
-   Develop and maintain beverage recipes and preparation procedures.
-   Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to company standards.
-   Monitor hygiene, food safety, and operational best practices.
-   Support new product development and menu innovation.
-   Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   **3–5 years of experience** in the coffee and food & beverage industry.
-   Comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, beverages, and F&B operations.
-   Previous experience in training and coaching staff is preferred.
-   Strong communication and leadership skills.
-   Passion for delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
